Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a paid job?
Not exactly , it's a volunteer work that could have monetary compensation in the future. You get Premium access, affiliate commissions, and quarterly rewards, not a fixed salary.
How much time do I need to commit?
There's no obligatory amount but I'd love if you could put in around 2–5 hours per week to stay active and eligible for rewards.
Do I need to be an expert?
Not at all. What matters most is your curiosity, reliability, and willingness to learn.
What happens if I stop participating?
You can step down at any time if your schedule changes, just let us know in advance so we can open the spot for someone else who’s ready to contribute. Insider roles are limited, and we want to keep opportunities available for members who have the time to stay active and engaged.
How does the profit share work?
Details are still being drafted, but I'm looking into a quarterly share of Lab profit among active Insiders, based on contribution points. The more you contribute, the higher your share. It might be a modest amount at the beginning, but as the Lab grows, so does the pool and your potential earnings grow with it.
